How the grantee used this instrument:
The training manual is for peer support training, combining the “I’ve been there too” perspective with appropriate helping skills, an accurate pool of knowledge about kidney failure issues, and a strong understanding of the human personality. It also includes sections on loss and grief, and end-of-life planning.
