How the grantee used this instrument:
The CD-ROM was completed in collaboration with Michigan State University. It provides a rich resource for people who are living with advanced illness. There is over 40 hours of information, utilizing the subheadings, a) Taking charge, b) Finding comfort, c) Reaching closure, d) Personal stories. Users can find the information they need most whenever they need it, in a personal comfortable environment.
The "Completing a Life" brochure provides an overview of the CD-ROM content information with highlighted graphics taken from the video.
